Lithyus Music Publishing respects intellectual property rights and responds to copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable.

1. Copyright Notice Procedure

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:

  1. Your full name and contact information;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL or sufficient details);
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your name and contact information;
  2. Identification of material removed/disabled and where it appeared before removal;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed/disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate court (for U.S. matters, federal district court for your district, or if outside the U.S., a competent court where the service provider may be found) and accepting service of process from the original complainant or agent;
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Processing and Actions

Upon receipt of a facially valid notice, we may:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore material where legally appropriate unless the complainant files legal action within the applicable statutory window.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users subject to repeated valid rights complaints, at our discretion and consistent with applicable law.

5. Good-Faith Requirement

All notices and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith. Parties should ensure legal and factual accuracy before submission.

6. Misrepresentation Consequences

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under applicable law.

7. Non-Waiver

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies otherwise available under law.
